I have a largish wrap around verandah and we need our posts and under deck beams cleaned and painted. There are 16 posts plus a tall mid section you can see in photos. It'll definitely need a gerni first. I have about 8L of paint (monument) already but happy to work with you on that. (get more or it be included). Also the middle section has a bit of wood up the top to paint as well. Will definitely need some form of scaffolding for the middle (not looking for perfection there, it's never seen but definitely needs a new coat on there). My canvas blind (that I usually roll up or down partially so that it protrudes out obliquely or roll right down so it hangs full length vertically) was fully down, but broke overnight. It’s banging against railings pushing them inwards onto the verandah. I got up a ladder from the front garden to try to fix the metal piece so the canvas is fully attached & I can roll it up but the canvas has twisted and it keeps banging in the wind. It needs urgent attention - preferably before rain.

I would like to sand and stain my floors on my back verandah then restain in another colour.

Queenslander Verandah and other decking needs fixing, bogged where applicable and replaced where needed plus other decking under gazebo and pool fixed and repaired.
