I want to install a 11.0 m x 3.6 m gabled verandah. I will buy all the materials and get council approvals but need someone to erect the verandah. It would attach to the house with rafter brackets cut through the metal facia, with 4 posts a timber facia beam and 12 timber trusses. then sheeted with colourbond corrigated sheets and 4 Polycarbonate.

Steel attached verandah needs finishing off. Another installer has assembled the frame, attached it to the house and concreted the uprights in. It needs the rafting installed, guttering installed and roof sheeting installed.

I had two clear panels installed in new verandah when we built it a few years ago but would like them replaced with two color bond panels, the colour is monument and we already have them. They made need screws and possibly cutting. - Due date: Flexible

Replace 8 old Perspex panels that are installed on inside of the balcony framework. Existing panels are each screwed on using 6 hex screws. Install vertical channels on the balcony upright frames that will enable all of the 8 Perspex panels to be easily removed by sliding up the channel.
