I have an archway that is looking rough and not smooth as it has been cut through a brick wall. Need it smoothed and made look nicer

Repair cracks and chips in render on property walls and house

External render has covered over the weep holes on new built house. Need someone to install weep holes in about 60m of cavity wall, above the DPC/ cavity flashing (need to figure out where this is). Max 1.2m centres, drill weep holes and place clear plastic tube in the hole. Need to avoid any damage to render apart from the weeps holes, and leave it clean.

We have a finger wall which is needs to be built up to comply with wa pool fence standards. The current wall is 1135mm and we need to raise it to ~1225mm. The finger wall is ~300mm by 195mm. Quite small. We would then need to add a light render to it. So the requirements are to build the wall up about 90mm and render. The job is available to do at anytime from 7am to 7pm. We have plenty of used masonry bricks that can be used but you'll need to cut them to size.

Patch up sand render at house where new plumbing and hot was installed

We would like to render this wall. We had to change the feature because it is close to the pool so can’t have edges more than 1cm deep. Looking to get it rendered or redo a stone on it. Open to suggestions! Area is 180cm tall and 277cm wide.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. We are looking for an experienced painter to paint a newly concrete rendered L-shaped planter box at a residential home in Brabham WA - approximately 5mx3m in length. You will have access to the backyard where the planter box is via a side passageway which is approximately 0.6-0.8m in width and ~25m from the front.
