I need repairs to some external rendering. The rendering covers the lowest six brick courses and is degraded. There is also rendering on some brick pillars which needs replacing/repairs.

We have several cracks over the walls on 3 sides of our extension. It’s not been done right originally now we seeing cracks in the board joints and window frames. Must come out look at the job and quote . My value if entered is a guesstimate. Looking for render over the 3 sides of house . Think it’s got ArcTrex originally.

Presume ArcTrex has been applied to the extension originally 10y ago but clearly not done properly. we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. You will have access to the backyard where the planter box is via a side passageway which is approximately 0.6-0.8m in width and ~25m from the front. I have had some renovations done and have patches of exposed brick which need to be rendered.

Just knocked down some small retaining wall at the front of the house. Looking to patch up the joining areas. Will need to grind down some of the protruding brick and patch up the sand finish render. 6 small spots.

We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.
