My pond’s waterproofing had broken down and it was leaking, so I removed the waterproofing and the render underneath as it was damaged. Now I need the inside walls and floor rendered (7m length x 70cm width x 40cm depth, approx. 11m² total surface to render). Material: Sand-cement render mix, roughly 1 part cement : 3 parts fine washed plasterers' sand, with a bonding/waterproofing admixture (e.g. Bondcrete or SBR) and polypropylene fibres mixed in to reduce cracking. Important: Internal corners (wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor) must be curved/coved, not square — a smooth rounded fillet, not a sharp right angle. I pressure washed and cleaned the surface already, though that was 2-3 weeks ago, so it may need a quick re-clean. Please include any further surface prep (cleaning, roughening, patching) needed before rendering in your quote. Looking for someone experienced in concrete rendering, pool or pond construction.

Job Scope & Requirements: • Wall Type: Concrete Besser block wall with smooth rendered finish (light warm grey / off-white tone), Eg. picture 1 • Height: Approx. 1.8 metres (or specify: e.g. 1.8m for entrance section, stepped down to lower height for main wall). • Length: Approx. 10 metres. • Gate: Supply and install a modern dark grey/black pedestrian gate (similar to photo). • Footing: Pour concrete strip footing for block wall foundation. • Finish: Rendered smooth finish, painted/sealed, clean top edge/capping. Render chips off concrete wall and paint to finish

We need the parts of the framing for the garage roller door to be rendered. See the photos. What requires particular attention are:- 1. Right hand corner of the frame (approx 1500mm x 600mm); 2. Underside of the frame approx 5000mm x 600mm); 3. Left hand side of the frame attached to the house has a crack in it and requires some sort of overlay so the crack no longer exists. It is not major work. If possible, the colour of the render would be tranquil retreat to match the house.

Need a concreter to do a concrete render on the bottom third of two walls in our studio (below the tiled areas in the pictures on the concrete sheeting). The two areas to be concreted are 5400 x 1980 each. We would like it to have a very raw unpolished concrete look. See third image for what we want it to look like.
