Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to help with a couple of jobs in my apartment. Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting. accidentally drilled a screw into a power cable inside a stud wall, which initially caused the circuit to trip. I have already cut open the drywall to locate the issue, so the damaged wire is fully exposed and ready for fix (see photos). power is currently back on after removing the screw, but we switched off now to fix the wire insulation. We need electrician to repair the damaged section (likely with a junction box ) and safety test the circuit. Thanks

The bracket of a roller blind has been pulled out twice due to winding the blind up and down. The holes that the bracket screws into have become large and have started to crumble. We would like to reinforce that part of the drywall so that the screws can stay in place.

Painting and finding 3-4 different smallish holes in wall
