Looking for someone experienced with wall mounting to complete two small jobs: 1. Secure/hinge a large leaning floor mirror to the wall The mirror is currently leaning against the wall and needs to be safely secured at the top so it cannot fall or tip over. I’d like it to keep its slightly leaning position rather than be mounted completely flat against the wall. The wall appears to be drywall/plasterboard with metal studs. I previously attempted to install the mirror fixing and encountered metal behind the plasterboard, so I’d prefer someone experienced with this type of wall who can determine the correct mounting point and fixings. 2. Wall mount a Dyson cordless vacuum I’d also like the Dyson wall dock/bracket securely mounted so the vacuum can be stored hanging vertically. I have the Dyson mounting bracket/dock. Please bring a drill, stud/wall scanner and any appropriate screws, anchors or fixings required for both jobs.

Looking for help on patching up some light drywall and paint removal damage from installed light fixtures. Fix needed prior to moving out. Picture below of one of them with similar damage for about x5 of them. Location of patches are on floor level or eye-level no higher than 185cm. Fixer to provide all materials and okay to best match the paint as close as possible.

Continuous kitchen bulkheads totalling approximately 20 m² to have plasterboard installed (supply and fix), taped and jointed, and finished with a smooth skim coat ready for painting. Also general patching around the kitchen and nearby walls/ceiling (minor repairs to cracks and small damaged areas). Please include removal of any loose or damaged material, disposal, site clean-up and provision of materials in the quote. Access via second-storey kitchen; no structural work required. Prefer trades familiar with Gyprock systems and plaster skim finishes. Please provide a written quote listing materials and labour separately and expected time on site.

Mount folding table to drywall I need someone to securely attach a folding table/unit to a drywall wall. The table is already assembled and has a base that sits on the floor, so the wall screws will not be carrying the weight of the table. They are mainly there to secure the top of the unit to the wall and prevent it from tipping forward. There are 4 pre-drilled screw holes along the top rear section of the table. The main complication is the skirting board at the bottom of the wall. Because of the skirting, the back of the table cannot sit flush against the drywall. I have therefore bought two boards/spacers the same thickness as the skirting board to sit behind the table and fill the gap. The job would involve: - Positioning the two spacer boards behind the table - Drilling through the existing 4 mounting holes, through the spacer board and into the drywall - Using suitable drywall anchors/fixings to securely hold the unit against the wall - Making sure everything is straight, secure and neatly installed Please see the attached photos, which should make the setup much clearer. Please bring the appropriate screws, drywall anchors/fixings and tools required for the job.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
