Cracked porcelain basin needs patching. This is easily and quickly done with a porcelain repair kit (rustoleum) The repair kit will be supplied. 400 wet/dry sand paper and isopropyl (only)will be required to lightly sand and the isopropyl to wipe away any dust ensuring no oil. A hair dryer would be good to ensure its dry. Apply thin coats with about 10-15 minutes in between drying. You can start the job on the 7th and come back on the 8th for a follow up coat if required or apply two coats with 10-15 min drying time. A photo is supplied of the basin. The basin will be dry and ready to go on the 7th. With the basic steps of dry basin, light sand and wipe with isoprpyl, this job should take no more than an hour including drying coats. One you an offer is accepted, we can discuss further. This is a simple job and im happy to discuss the steps in order for a quick repair.

Tile & Floor Details: White marble-patterned porcelain tiles with a matte (non-shiny) finish. Very narrow/tight grout joints that have darkened with dirt. Scope of Work: Deep clean and scrub all grout lines back to their original light color using proper cleaning agents and narrow brushes. Allow grout to dry fully. Apply a water-based, penetrating (impregnating) sealer with zero sheen / natural finish (e.g., Aqua Mix or equivalent). CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: NO topical coatings, gloss, or wet-look sealers. Because the tiles are matte, I do not want shiny lines or film residue left on the grout or tile face. All excess sealer must be wiped clean off tiles immediately during application. Please answer when bidding: What equipment/products do you use for deep cleaning narrow grout? What specific brand of natural-look penetrating sealer will you use? Are you open to doing a 1-foot test patch first to confirm a 100% matte result?

The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Not sure how to secure the fixings in to the splash back - may need liquid nails as well to secure shelf?
