I have 4 bathroom floors to tile but starting with a small toilet first. Each room needs all trades to complete before we can start on the next. In this toilet room the new tiles will be laid over the old ones. We will have a cement or wood ramp fashioned outsite the door under the carpet to overcome the new height step up. This room is 1.5 x 1 metre. We are not taking up the tiles because its a 70's house with asbestos walls and floor substrate.The floor tiles in this room are in good condition, no loose tiles. So the suggested budget is just for this small space.

Tiles coming away from ceiling and I want them retiled .

Approximately 13 pieces of 600mm x 300mm porcelain tiles need to be individually cut to cover area of roughtly 270mm x 4800mm on top of the shower wall to the ceiling, plus replace 1 piece of 150mm x 600mm broken tile behind the toilet (will remove the toilet pan to make it easy access before you come).

We snapped a screw from our towel rail which we can’t get out. Need someone to remove old screw, fill hole and drill a new hole above it.

I may need replace the 2-3 tiles with cracks or just use water proof grout to seal the tiles. And just re grout all the tiles where you can see the grout is missing. Most importantly the lower area will need grout in it. Also double water proof.
