Need someone to retire a laundry area wall. Area is 109cm high and 228cm wide. There is some exisiting tile there that will need to be removed I will supply the tiles but will need professional to supply the adhesive, grout. Needs to be sealed too because it’s marble tiles.

Refer to the pictures attached. Need to replace some lifted tiles and mouldy grout where water has got under the tiles, and waterproof the area. Floor will need re-screeding (1st floor - sub floor is floor boards), and floor and walls waterproofing to code. Walls are currently VJs (old Queenslander), with existing tiling fixed to Hardie Board over the VJs. Hardie Board will need replacing with suitable substrate.
