I have a 12-year-old townhouse and suspect water seepage from deteriorated grout in my two shower areas (floors and walls), one at ground floor and the other upstairs. Need to replace bathroom tiles (floor and potentially bottom 300 of walls) - small area around 1.8x1.7m. There is a 1.8m floor glass divider running through the middle of bathroom with a door that needs to removed and replaced after tiling is redone. there is potentially some work to be done underneath to rectify any water damage - but I can engage a builder for that part if required and its not within your capabilities - this can be excluded from this job and negotiated separately once we see whats going on underneath. ive already got the tiles, need installation.

We have had a water leak from the bidet. Bidet is going to be ripped out and capped off. The floor is rotten under the tiles and needs to be sanded back. Have gone under the house and it hasn’t gone through Jobs to be completed: Bathroom floor tiles to be removed (and new ones applied unless old ones can be salvaged, Floor needs a sand back, waterproofing, and glueing back on parquet floor that has been ripped out and affected by water.
