Tiles in the shower area in the bathroom are in poor condition, a condition that is allowing water penetration through the bathroom and replacement of the tiles and renewal of the waterproof membrane is now required. Furthermore, the continual penetration of water through the bathroom has resulted in water damage of the walls and skirting boards.

About 12 marble tiles in the bottom of the shower area has come loose. It needs to be be tiled back on the wall, possible cutting is needed to make fit. I have spare tiles.
