The tiles on our front steps have broken and need to be replaced. The old tiles will need to be removed and the the stairs themselves probably need to be cleaned up to fit new tiles. You will need to source the tiles. Both steps need replacing. Dimensions of the step (and the fire the tiles need to be) 910mm wide, 300mm deep and 40mm high.

We need to replace 3 long floor tiles which includes removal of the damaged and re-glue new ones which will be supplied. The 3 tiles are all in different areas of the house. Tiles will be supplied. Grout will be supplied by you. Will confirm colour later on You must provide me with public liability certificate and also photos of before and after replacing tiles before accepting quote. Thanks

I've tried Lithofin Intensive cleaner and Stain stop sealer, some places it's worked, others not so. Did not use mechanical scrubber. Tiles are Lappato semi polished ONLY tile professionals need apply, not a DIY or handyman - please dont waste my time or yours. thank you
