Tile chipped and needs repair

Looking to strip paint off tiles in my bathroom where the paint is either already peeling, or has been exposed from a change made to the room, so that it looks like a deliberate design choice rather than damage — exposing the original tiles underneath as a feature. Two small areas: a window sill (a row of around 6 tiles) and a vanity splashback of similar size. The original tiles are ceramic, likely from around 1970, and I want them carefully stripped back to reveal the tile underneath without damaging the glaze or grout — no retiling or respray needed, just clean paint removal. I've attached an AI-generated mockup showing three rough design options I'm considering — I'm looking at either Option 1 + Option 3, OR Option 2 + Option 3, combined. I've also attached a photo of the window sill area, where the paint is already peeling and shows what the original tile looks like underneath. This is a bathroom (wet area), so ideally someone experienced with tile-safe paint stripping (chemical or careful heat-gun method), not general paint removal. Budget is an estimate — happy to hear quotes once you've seen the photos and scope.
