I have an NBN connection (tested and tagged by NBNCo) I need jumpered in the MDF of 385 Bourke St, Melbourne. We currently have an ADSL connection, but it will be disconnected, so I wanted to jump the new NBN/VDSL to straight up to the store on the same pair. A simple A to B jump in the MDF. The modem will be able to connect on that, but I’ll just need to be there when it happens to make the change and make sure it’s all good. Needs to be done Thursday/Friday this week. (11th-12th March). Obviously tech till need to be certified/registered to be given access to the MDF.

Hello I am wanting to transfer photos from my old iPhone 3GS to either my MacBook Air or HP Laptop. The IPhone 3GS screenlight no longer works well so the phone screen can really only be viewed under the light from a globe. I have connected the iPhone to both computers and both can recognise and import the 550 photos stored on the phone under Camera Roll, but can’t seem to find the approx 4000 photos stored on the iPhone’s Photo Library which I also need transferred. Had an unfortunate unexpected shutdown of my machine last night which I expect may have been an overloaded PSU issue as I plugged in my phone to the PC just before it shutdown.
