Furniture was moved into the bedrooms whilst the timber floor was being sanded. I now need to move the items back down the passage into the living room. No stairs and only a short distance (11 metres) all on one level. I have one person available, so I need one more. A trolley to move the cabinet would be great.

Throw away some construction waste at the tip. No asbestos. Wear proper gloves though because there are nails. I’ll keep a few bits of timber from the pile and can help you sort. Would do myself but sore back. Also clear a very small garden next to my house. About 4-5m long and 1 m wide. 90% of plants i want taken to tip but I’d like to keep some birds nests palms and walking stick palms. I’ll provide pots for those to be put into. It’s just a few mid sized yukkas, a tiny magnolia, a Tiny grevillea and some small weedy palms. I’d like all the green waste taken away. I plan to level and put road base myself in future. I’d expect cleaning the rubbish would take 1 hour, clearing the garden 2-3 hours and taking to tip 1 hour so 5 hours. I’ve priced this job based on $65 per hour for 6 hours (extra hour for contingency). I reckon a mid sized trailer would be sufficient for both loads. I have a tractor with three way bucket if needed. Everything in the garden could be removed with a small chainsaw. Root balls etc don’t need to be removed if too hard. I’d like to get as low as possible (including taking topsoil away) so I can just put road base on it
