My roof is leaking water during rain and has mould spots on my roof. (Please don't mind the asking price as it is negotiable upon explanation of expenses)

Roof panel is cracking would like repaired or replaced

Hi had a broken area from iPad thrown on roof. The plaster is a quick hole fill. Need to sand or just replaster that section. Was planing to have this done but have been super busy so post it now. Thanks

Insurance company wants this maintenance work completed prior to fixing damage to property Please see details listed below: • Deteriorating silicone. • Incorrect fall in the box gutter. • No spreader installed. • Insufficient outlet and down pipe size. • Replace the box gutter with more fall. • Install a down pipe spreader. • Drill through the brick to allow for a larger outlet and downpipe. • Have a plumber connect the pipe under the ground.

Our veranda roof at the back of the house leaks during heavy rain. The back roof is sloping towards the house rather than towards the outside gutter. The gutter above is discharging onto this roof as well, which in heavy rain can not cope with the amount of flow. We need to replace the roof sheets and pack underneath to provide a slight fall to the outside gutter. A new downpipe to the outside gutter to run along the side wall and into the existing downpipe has to be installed also. Happy to provide materials for installation.

Terracotta roof ceiling needs a number of tile repairs and holes/gaps closed

There are water stains in the 2nd bedroom and laundry ceiling of the unit indicating a leak from the roof. It has been occurring since last year, and some tiles were repositioned to temporarily stop the leak

Gutter and eve repairs on a 2 story building

Looking for a qualified and licenced roofer to fix the flashing to prevent links. Must have insurance. 1. Fill the gap with matching roof tiles. 2. Apply new flashing from upper level down pipe, under small window and down the wall to the lower gutter. 3. Cut back the gutter and make good the end and edge of roof. 4. Change the water direction of a section of guttering and add new downpipe and link to drainpipe.
