Water has been leaking through the roof of garage and from the pipes. Tried to attach some pictures. Need someone to inspect and advise what we can do best "Tenant tells me in the heavy Storm the rear gutter was overflowing, when you look at the roof of the house everything comes down onto that back roof of extention and down to the back gutter, which possibly does not meet a 1 in 100 storm calculation. The "garage" at the front is not actually a garage it was originally a freestanding carport with the roof run into the back with its own gutter which overflowed in the storm if you look between the house and carport you can see daylight this carport has been filled in with the roller door and infilled between the brickwork it was never designed to be a dry storage area. I asked the tenant several times about the drainage down the side through the gate from the carport and they assured me that that was not flooded and overflowing so from that information I can safely say that the underground stormwater drainage was not blocked

Hi guys, We need our current carport to be restored. Some of the wood for the carport has eroded, we just want them to be replaced and extra supports to be added to just one side of the carport. We have attached pictures of what the carport looks like right now. We want to change the whole stretch of the wood planks, to a new wood plank which was semi-rotten which has been locked to the carport. So can you all please tell me how much will it cost? Thanks.

The repairs are rqeuired as soon as possible to the double garage roof located at the front of the house. The property is close to the corner of Blackburn Road and Fernt Tree Gully Road. The repair is a pre-requisite to the insurance repairs to garage ceiling and has to be privately done. The estimate by insurer for the required work is $275. The work needde is - Clean all moss and debris build up out of gutters - Re fix and secure roof tiles to the gutter line - Re bed and point loose ridges cap to roof - Re point ridge caps over the garage and re cement where required Also attached is Tandem and AirAssess inspection report and estimated as $275.
