Looking for qualified roof plumber to quote and fix a leaking roof at rear of house - water is leaking into the ceiling of the lounge room inside during large rainfall events. Work already done: I have had the rear gutter repositioned with correct clearances and a down pipe sump installed in the problem area recently. I’ve also had silicon work done and some flashing installed. The builder sprayed foam into the roof sheet cavities a few years ago when the problem initially started, this may be an entry point (photos show wet conditions) There is still a leak finding it’s way into the ceiling that needs investigation and fixing. Currently home during the day so available anytime for the right airtasker to come and quote/fix. If quoting, please advise what work would be included in your price. We need a licensed builder to complete a leak and fix plaster in a roof. The damage has been caused by excessive rain. Insurance is covering the job but needs to quoted by a licensed builder and approved. - Due date: Flexible

Our shed roof was damaged in the storm the other week. The shed is approximately 10 square meters. We have some materials but I am assuming the job will require sourcing more. I have a roof leak occurring during high volume rain events There is a large gap underneath the roof capping in the corner of a first story roof that is allowing water into the ceiling as per photos. Looking for a qualified roof plumber to inspect and fix this issue. Easy access to the roof with a standard 3.7m ladder. I’m available at home during the week and also weekends. Thanks Jason

Roof leak that occurred near the skylight is to be repaired (caused by recent storm). Photos of roof/skylight with SES covering shown. Repair should have a 12 month warranty (i.e. leak not to occur in same location).

Due to heavy rainfall the other night, there is a leak in the tiled roof causing a leak in the house. We are in a 2 story building. We think the problem is due to cracked tiles, maybe joins in flashing is loose. Would also like a separate offer for side job: downpipes and gutters in the front checked and cleared.
