Heavy rains last week exposed a leak in our roof. Only small section affected but volume of water meant it was draining into the cavity/plaster, with significant pooling in the cavity leaking into the upstairs living area. After a qualified plumber to remedy a part of the roof which has water seepage into the roof cavity. See photos and explaniation. 1. Replacing missing tiles to finish to the edge of the wall 2. Replacing the 'metal sheath' underneath the tiles to a wider sheath to allow for heavier rainfalls 3. We have a leak coming in from the corner of our roof which we'd like repaired as soon as practicable including the plasterboard where the leak has opened a gap inside the house. We also have some guttering and colourbond (over the verandah) replacement which we'd like done but that is less urgent.
