A corner of my roof gutter is dripping water. i dont know if it is clogged with leaves or if there is something else going on. it is in an awkward high spot so I am not confident going and checking it myself and making the appropriate repairs. Access to the roof will only require a 3m ladder however the point at which you need to check has a significant drop (approx 9m high) . Leaking downpipe plus another gutter leak

We have a box gutter between the house and the covered deck and it becomes overwhelmed when it rains heavily. The box gutter is very shallow and the plan is to Install a couple of new down pipe in the box gutter at the corner where the roofs meet and max runoff occurs. We have a single storey house that has easy access to the roof and can source the downpipe if required and the downpipe connection to the stormwater drain is very straightforward, as it runs above ground under the deck It looks reasonable Y complicated, so our preference is to get an inspection and quote. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible
