Clean the gutters of the first floor of house and around garage. Not second level. Floor plan and front photo of house to give an idea of size.

Ok so i need the following completed. Looking at the picture. 1 - all tiles cleaned with pressure wash 2 - At the bottom of the pic there is a tan iron roof with perplex as well, this also to be washed 3 - on the left hand side you can see the darker color, thats the pool solar ribbon. There are leaves caught in-between, this needs to also ne washed away or up to you ho to do it. After the job done carefully without damaging any pointing etc. Thank you

Need our gutters cleaned of debris. They should mostly be cleaned as we don't have any overhanging trees, however we noticed there is grass growing out of one of our downpipes at the front of our house (two storey). I'd like the downpipes flushed too if possible to ensure they are not blocked (especially the one with grass growing out of the top as seen in the photo)

I haven't had the gutters cleaned for 2 years, have plants growing out but need a clean up. Normal 1950s home so around 8 to 9 feet up. The green bin can be used or will leave some green bin bags out. I don't have a ladder high enough either.
