Hi, Looking for someone to assess and improve gutter drainage around a small Colorbond roof section attached to the main tiled roof (see photo). During heavy rain the gutters overflow and water enters where the Colorbond roof meets the tiled roof, so the drainage capacity needs improvement. Work required (based on observation): Colorbond roof (approx. 7 m × 3 m): currently has a box / concealed gutter. It needs increased capacity, leaf guard/cover installed to control leaves, the two downpipes serving this section need upgrading, and flashing is required at the front edge. Main tiled roof: currently has a standard gutter along the 8.5 m and 5 m sections. The gutter capacity needs to be increased. The main roof downpipe appears to be fine. Connection area: the junction between the tiled roof and the Colorbond roof needs proper flashing installedto prevent water ingress. - I’m flexible with the day and timing. If you can provide the time in advance and roughly how long the job will take, I’ll try to arrange my schedule to align. - I would prefer the tasker to supply the materials, but please share the material types and prices in advance so I can compare the quotes. A down pipe on one of corner which will need to cut concrete and run into pit, the span off the roof between 2 down pipes is over distance by a lot. It always overflow in heavy rain. Seal up small hole in existing gutter and clean out gutter.

I have a 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor. I need the brakes bled and I also need a set of aftermarket downpipes to be installed. The downpipes have one bolt on each side left that are hard to get to the Car is outside and there is lots of room to work on it.
