Rain runs out under eave can not see any leakage inside roof space can only assume its returning back from gutter

Hi everyone. Thank you for considering doing this task. My gutters need cleaning on my house. It is a two story straight gable. I also have a back deck roof section that the gutters need cleaning on. I would also like the roof cleaned off and scrubbed clean on this section too. I also need the front gutters cleaned on the outside and some sections under the eaves. Please refer to pics (4 gutters need cleaning out, back roof deck scrubbed and front gutters on house cleaned on the outside and possibly under eaves on the front/back of house). Thank you.

Roof space is approx 65 sq/m and joist are 450mm centres. Access by 450mm manhole and ladder. Roof space is around 10 years old and batts were never installed after rebuild. Can quote for supply of batts, or we will supply them. - Due date: Flexible

We have a jet master fireplace with a chimney flu enclosed to look like a proper chimney. When it rains water comes out from underneath the mantle in the loungeroom. It only happens in a deluge. We think the tray around the top of the flu may need replacing and waterproofing.
