Rendering and painting the front of our house (just the front exterior) and was looking at a rustic sponge finish. The house is an exposed brick house with the area being approximately 15 square metres and located in Evanston Gardens.

I have one wall, and two patch jobs that need rendering. I'm pretty handy and happy to help, it's just that I'm a roofer and haven't rendered before. Materials supplied. The wall has 3 doors and 3 windows, and I've managed to do one section, but by myself I feel like this will take two weeks instead of 2-3 days.

Bricklayer needed – rebuild pillar in Gawler Looking for an experienced bricklayer to build a new brick pillar to match an existing pillar. The concrete footing has already been poured, and I’ll handle the rendering once the brickwork is complete. The existing pillar is approximately 1.6 m high and 370 mm deep. The outdoor garden tap has broken off at the wall. The brass tap body is intact, but it was threaded into a plastic/poly wall fitting that snapped cleanly at the collar—the sheared threaded ring is still on the tap threads. I have disconnected the irrigation/hose water from another point for now.

As you can see, the rendering was not done properly and need to redo. I have measured the area, it is 6 meters long and 2.1 height. I have 4 small areas of wall rendering that need to be patched up due to drain pipes, hot water heater and balcony removal. The original rendering was applied around these, which after being removed has left gaps that need filling and repair. See the following photos: 1 - Repair where drain pipe was removed. Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or concrete specialist to cut and level a concrete slab in my yard to match the adjacent footpath. Scope of Work: Use a concrete saw to make clean cuts on both sides of a concrete slab. Jackhammer and remove the excess concrete to match the exact level of the adjacent concrete footpath (to eliminate a tripping hazard). Safely cap/secure the wire conduit in the middle and apply fresh concrete mix to render the top surface to a smooth, flat finish.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo).
