Hi, I need someone to re-render this wall, this technically my neighbor’s wall, however he agreed to fix the rendering that his contractor did. As you can see, the rendering was not done properly and need to redo. I have measured the area, it is 6 meters long and 2.1 height. This job is very flexible, it can be done anytime within the next 6 months. This needs to be done professionally. Please let me know your quote if you’re interested in this task. Please give me a reasonable quote, otherwise my neighbor won’t agree to fix it. My neighbor has given me a bag of rendering materials. He was planning to do it himself. I disagreed with his approach. Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or concrete specialist to cut and level a concrete slab in my yard to match the adjacent footpath. Scope of Work: Use a concrete saw to make clean cuts on both sides of a concrete slab. Jackhammer and remove the excess concrete to match the exact level of the adjacent concrete footpath (to eliminate a tripping hazard). Safely cap/secure the wire conduit in the middle and apply fresh concrete mix to render the top surface to a smooth, flat finish.

Render hole patch in facade

We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. I’ve got grey tube of builders concrete. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info.
