Have a storage garage that I’m cleaning out and need stuff taken to the dump.

I’m moving out of our house (that we own) and need to do a final cleanup and sorting out of stuff, and taking rubbish to the tip. We need to move everything that’s staying at the house to be moved into one shed and for everything else to be bagged up and taken to the tip. It will involve some lifting/moving of boxes and furniture that is a bit heavy, including a shelving unit and a queen sized bed. Some other odd jobs too - whatever’s needed to get the place tidied up and ready for renters. I expect it to be 4-6 hours of work. Maybe other blocks of work on other days that week too.

Fully dismantle and remove and dispose our backyard garden / pool shed, including the wooden floor and frame, and the (heavy) pool filter and pipes, and the concrete tile the filter sits on. The PVC filter pipes will need to be cut off at ground-level. Electricity has been disconnected. Please note that our property is on a sloping block and access to the backyard is through a side gate (see photo). All materials will need to be carted to the front (i.e. there is no vehicle access to the back).

Hi the tenants were kicked out left the house in a mess. Done most of it but missed the shed. It’s a 1 m squared shed filled with cardboard and bags of rubbish needs to be emptied, sweeper and dusted off any spider webs. And need the person to take rubish. Cost per hour as I’m not sure how long it will take. We have an extra garden shed that sits on top of grass. Over the years, it’s collected discarded items from the house.
