We have a small garden shed out the back of the house. In it are about half a dozen boxes, some surfboards, camping gear and other miscellaneous. It has been left neglected for about a year. Rodents have got it. It smells like rat pee. Open up the Xmas decorations and found 3 dead rats in the box (not fun!). Unpleasant but not too difficult task. Basically 1. want someone to completely disinfect the entire shet (inside and out 2. remove all items out on the grass, disinfect each item THOROUGLLY, determine with owner (me) what is salvageable and what needs to be tossed and take away anything that is to be tossed (we will not be able to dispose of it here). 3. Locate any areas that can be "rat proofed with chicken wire or other items. 4. Lay pest traps. 5. Restock items indicated by owner to go back in the shed. I would suspect its a 1-2 day job (max). Recommend quick inspection first to prepare. Recommend gloves, masks and strong industrial clearning products. Again - looking for a thorough job with a person or crew that is not afraid to get hands dirty. Its not THAT BAD. See picture. Pretty small space. End GOAL - is everything inside sparkeling as possible. All areas that can be proofed, are proofed. Items that cannot be saved are taken to tip. I may be the case that we determine one van load needs to go to tip. I will pay the coast of disposal (with evidence of receipt). Thanks Brandon

Hi there, I have two sheds that are fixed to a concrete slab that I would like removed from my property. They have some items in there that are also rubbish, and would like these disposed of, as well. The sheds are located about 50m from front of my property. Pictures indicate the two sheds, and another indicates the location of them. Job entails removing the sheds and disposing of them.

I have a couch to shift downstairs. Its an electric recliner and is a bit heavy. Although the back rests can be removed to make it easier to move. And also need a new couch brought upstairs (it's still in boxes for assembly) This needs to be done on Thursday or Friday preferably. Or Saturday or Tuesday morning.
