Pool filter system needs filter medium replacement, pool electrical line trips and pool needs cleaning and brought back to swimming quality

I need a pool repair professional. My pool's skimmer box has some cracks. So, I'm looking to either repair it or replace with a new skimmer box if repair alone isn't sufficient. The offer is just for a site visit so you can have a look at the problem. Then, we can talk about the next step.

I have a grey water tank (in ground) and it's got a submersible pump. My best guess is the submersible pump its broken/blown up as its not working. I need the submersible pump replaced. It hsa a curent Oxito pump which is approx 7years old, I am happy to replace with a 780w version from bunnings. You will need to collect from bunnings (to confirm what branch is close to you). Price excludes the reimbursement, ill buy that direct and you can pickup. We are trying to pump water out but you may have to pump out the water once you get there with the pump, then set it up inside to trigger as it currently does (which is suspended off the bottom).
