hi, I’m in coorparoo and have an issue with my spa (it is also well overdue a service). When I switch it on, it just keeps heating up despite setting temp (kids played with the settings). It is a MAAXSPA M-500S I realise it’s a busy time of year but I was hoping you could possibly stop by and service/fix my spa for me please. I’m free whenever suits. It seems to heat up and not stop. Looks like the is an air socket stuck in my system and we can’t remove it. It hasn’t fit enough pressure to really make the chlorinator work. I need the pressure fixed and the chlorinator tube full and pumping properly again

I need expert help in the automatic pool cleaning system from Gemini / paramount / vantage - please only ping me if you have experience with that! Issue is the 6 port valve stopped working, not circling the filtered and chlorinated return water through all the outputs, just one. I checked out the valve and turns out old, rusty and the wheels not turning any more so I bought a new one and put it in, not much to it I thought anyways. Now I have all the ports releasing water all at the same time with obviously not enough pressure to operate them as normally only one goes. I did that twice over different weekends with different mindsets but no joy. It’s not the filter. Not the pump. Everything was and is working same as before. I suspected the new valve not operational but manually outside it seems to work. I has to be something with the valve. I like someone with experience to check it out and resolve if possible and if not for me to decide how to proceed: buying another valve ? I already went to pool shop with no joy as they don’t want to get involved and only want to sell me a $3k cleaning robot. As me any questions. Cheers. Ipswich central.

3 corner tiles of pool have come off. Pool silicone needs to be redone. Regrout some spots around pool. Check tiles around pool.

I have a grey water tank (in ground) and it's got a submersible pump. My best guess is the submersible pump its broken/blown up as its not working. I need the submersible pump replaced. It hsa a curent Oxito pump which is approx 7years old, I am happy to replace with a 780w version from bunnings. You will need to collect from bunnings (to confirm what branch is close to you). Price excludes the reimbursement, ill buy that direct and you can pickup. We are trying to pump water out but you may have to pump out the water once you get there with the pump, then set it up inside to trigger as it currently does (which is suspended off the bottom).
