I am looking for a licensed plumber (and electrician if required) to measure, advise on dimensions, and install a new dishwasher in our kitchen. The house does not currently have a dishwasher. We intend to install one in the cabinet location shown in the attached photo (outlined in red). We will purchase the dishwasher after measurements are confirmed, based on your advice. Hello, I am looking for a qualified and licensed plumber to install an additional washing machine in our laundry room in Wembley Downs. Please note: We already have one washing machine and one heat pump dryer in place. This new machine will be a third appliance, positioned next to the existing laundry sink. The plan is to connect it to the plumbing under the sink. The job will involve: Supplying and installing splitters on the existing hot and cold water taps to create a second connection. Modifying the sink's drainage pipe to accommodate two washing machine drain hoses. Running the new inlet and drain hoses to the new machine's location (less than 1 metre away). The new washing machine is from Thailand, so please be aware that specific fittings or adapters may be required. I switched my aircon off and water came flooding out of the roofspace. With the volume of water and the fact that it immediately flooded, I believe I have a really clogged drain line and water build up in the internal unit. So, I need to unclog the drain line and give the unit a check over. The leak was from the roof space on the 1st floor.
