Gutters are pooling water. Need them replaced, with some new downpipes also. It will be roughly 50m worth of gutter + 5 drain pipes. I have received 2 professional quotes which vary wildly in cost. Looking for someone reputable at a reasonable price.

The Kitchen Sink Mixer has become loose that when you attempt to turn the nozzle the entire assembly is moving. Water is beginning to disperse from the top of the mixer tap. Please fix the problem or replace the tap.
