Looking for a licensed plumber to install a simple outdoor hot/cold mixer tap connection for an outdoor bath setup. I already have an existing external hot water system and would like the simplest and most cost-effective option to create a usable outdoor hot/cold water point nearby. The bath area is approximately 8m away. I can organise my own hose/shower attachment — mainly looking for installation of the mixer connection/tap. We need a plumber to install a water filter in the kitchen. We’ve been told part of the copper pipe under the sink needs to be cut.

Leaking shower head in main bathroom, which has a mixer for hot and cold (assuming it is likely the cartridge behind, or similar). Would also like to have the second bathroom mixer checked and anything replaced if needed. Replace both shower heads at the same time (I already have these purchased).

The walls on the other side of the shower show bubbling paint, plaster damage and moisture around the skirting boards. Toilet struggling to fill up with water after flushing. Making weird sounds.

Posting on behalf of my elderly neighbour (pensioner) Her toilet is blocked. Well to a degree, the level slowly goes down. I’ve just tried going at it with a plunger 🪠 but to no result. When I plunger the toilet, the floor trap in the laundry overflows. Kitchen & bathroom all ok. This is a unit & no other units are affected so my guess its isolated. Would like someone ASAP.

Blocked toilet and bathroom basin. When we have a shower water comes out of the pipe in the centre of the bathroom floor. The toilet does flush but water fills up close to the top of the toilet. I’ve attempted to fix the basin and shower with dissolving granules but hasn’t worked. Sewage water is now forming outside.
