Hi all Old electric hot water system broke and have decided to go to a gas system instead, gas will be moved to the other side of the house near the shower / bathroom. Currently no close outlets and will need to use an extension cord to power the rinnai hot water system. Just looking to get a new outlet installed so I won’t need to use a extension cord. Would also like to get someone to double check the old electric system for the hot water is disconnected properly before I find someone to cart the tank away. New fridge that needs plumbing. Not directly next to sink but hose supplied reaches sink easily and Can go under cabinets. Purchased the non plumbed version and was sent this one in error, would like to see if it can be plumbed before I send back. We have recently bought a house and are looking to install a toilet into a bathroom without one at the moment

1. Downstairs toilet not refilling to flush. 2. Upstairs toilet sometimes drips at the wall tap. 3. Kitchen mixer tap not secure, may need tightening or new seal. 4. Shower arm squirts water in all directions from the nut nearest the wall and from the nut nearest the actual shower rose. 5. The water tank has been removed but the guttering has been left and the water is pouring into the spot where the tank once was . I would like the guttering fixed so it doesn’t flood the yard .
