The hot water for shower and basin tap in the master room is not working. It is only getting warm after few minutes. We don't have a mixer tap on the shower or basin, so hot water tap is by itself. The other taps for shower and basin in other side of the house which is in the same floor don't experience the same issue. It is a 2 floor house with one electrical hot water system. The hot water system seems working fine, as other taps in the house gets hot water.

Hot Water Flow Issues in Ensuite (Secondary) In the ensuite bathroom, there’s an unusual issue: • We have dual showers, but only one consistently receives hot water. The second only gets hot water if the first is turned on. • The basin mixer tap also doesn’t receive hot water unless hot water is already running elsewhere in the house. For context: the property was tenanted for over 15 years, and the space wasn’t well-maintained. We recently completed renovations, so the home looks fresh, but some underlying quirks remain — like these. We’d appreciate it if you could prioritise fixing the kitchen sink, and if time allows, investigate the hot water issues as well.
