I need my hot water tap fixed in my laundry sink

I have to set up 2nd washing machine in backyard, where there is electric point already. Need a water connection which can be taken from hot water system about 2m distance. Alternatively washing machine can be set in attached toilet & bathroom, but will need water line as well.

install a brass tee on the cold water inlet to the hot water system, extend 2m water line for washing machine

I can supply system just need installation or if u have a regular supply u self supply!?

The solar hot water system is leaking. Unsure of the age of the system. See attached photos.

We have just moved in this property and the hot water flow is low. The pressure regular valve is recently installed. I’m looking for a professional to service the rooftop hot water system and fix the low flow of hot water. The water temperature is fine, just the flow is low.

Hot water taps and shower are only generating warm water. Upstairs water pressure seems low also.

Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. Keen to get it fixed. See first 4 photos We have a second system with no leaks (photos 5 &6), but would be good to pre-empt any similar issue by replacing any seals on this system if it’s an easy job.

we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.

Water is continually running out of the ( I am guessing) the high pressure release/ overflow, into the drain. Pics attached for reference.

Hot water has all of a sudden stopped working. The heater has not tripped - checked the circuit board. Some other fault, need to troubleshoot and fix.

The hot water pressure is very low and it looks like the valve is not working. So, we think it is damaged and we need to change it. The valve is next to the washing machine. We live in an apartment. The property manager said he can help to close the water system to do this job.
