continuously overflowing solar hot water system from overflow pipe all day

We have very poor water pressure here and also the hot water system doesn't seem to be heading the water very well. We want a quote To troubleshoot and also with the water pressure we have a pump here that we would like installed, but also want to find out the issue with the water pressure as well. Also we believe we may need a new hot water system so we may need a price for that And how much to be installed

Hot water pipe connecting to the Hot Water Meter under the sink is leaking. The leak appears to be coming from the brass fitting with the copper water line coming in. Only noticed recently and as the cupboard is normally closed I am unsure if its been a while leaking for a while but from initial assessment may need to just replace the fitting and seal it fresh to fix the leak??. Happy to take more photos if required.

Old small hot water system was working fine then hot water started coming out of the valve on the side… if this simply needs a valve replacement that would be preferred rather than buying new unit.
