Hi, I need a licensed electrician to rewire my electric hot water system (HWS) in the switchboard. ​Currently, the HWS is on a Controlled Load circuit (Tariff 33). I want it moved to the Main General Power circuit (Tariff 11) so it can be powered by my solar inverter and home battery system. There is already a timer in place. ​Scope of Work: ​Disconnect HWS from the Controlled Load (T33) breaker/meter. ​Reconnect HWS to the Main General Power (T11) circuit. ​Ensure the existing timer and contactor are correctly wired to control the HWS on the new circuit. ​Ensure all work is compliant with AS/NZS 3000 standards. ​Provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES) upon completion. ​Please provide a quote if you are a licensed electrician and can complete this task. Hi there, We are a cafe in Fortitude Valley looking for a licensed plumber to fix our hot water system. Our landlord plumber had a quick look and advised that the unit likely needs a new valve installed as it is not supplying enough hot water. Unit Location: It is mounted on the wall in our alleyway (external). The Job: 1. Inspect the hot water unit to confirm if it’s a valve issue. 2. Supply and install the necessary replacement valve. 3.
