Tempering valve needs replacing on hotwater system to improve water pressure on hot water upstairs

I currently have my hot water system in a lattice enclosure which is looking very outdated. I’m looking to have the enclosure updated.

Hot water system is currently running with gas connection. We installed solar system. Will change the hot water system to the power including timer setting.

I have an AquaMAX electric storage hot water system. The hot water is intermittent and is currently only getting lukewarm. The hot water breaker is on and the tank is not leaking. I’d like the thermostat, thermal cut-out and heating element tested and repaired if required. Licensed plumber or electrician preffered

Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. Keen to get it fixed. See first 4 photos We have a second system with no leaks (photos 5 &6), but would be good to pre-empt any similar issue by replacing any seals on this system if it’s an easy job.

we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.

Water is continually running out of the ( I am guessing) the high pressure release/ overflow, into the drain. Pics attached for reference.
