Guest has had no hot water since yesterday afternoon. The dedicated hot-water breaker has already been switched OFF and back ON but the hot water has not returned. Hot water system details: - Rinnai HOTFLO electric storage system - Model: HFE250SSL - Capacity: 250L - Heating element: 3600W - Manufactured: June 2016 No obvious water leakage has been reported or is visible in the photos. Looking for a licensed electrician experienced with electric hot-water systems to inspect the electrical supply, thermostat, heating element and associated components and repair if possible.

Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. Keen to get it fixed. See first 4 photos We have a second system with no leaks (photos 5 &6), but would be good to pre-empt any similar issue by replacing any seals on this system if it’s an easy job.

we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.
