Install hot water system already purchased (in pic). We have removed old one ready to go. Replace shower mixer tap have purchased one also.

Hot water wasn't working after 30 days away. I switched the boiler off/on. Now it's making a buzz every 30-40 seconds,for about a second. The fan is on. I'm concerned that I could be an issue, so I need someone to diagnose it. The video shows the noise towards the end of it.
