My electric hot water storage heater from company Thermann has stopped working suddenly. Needs urgent fixing

No hot water at any outlet in the unit since the night of 9 September. The occupant tested every tap and ran each for around ten minutes with no hot water at all. Other units at the property are unaffected, so this looks unit specific rather than building wide. A handyman attended on 10 September, inspected the hot water system and could not resolve it. He recommended a licensed plumber. What we need. Attend, diagnose the fault and confirm the cause. Photos of the fault and of any part replaced, for our records.
