Must be licensed. Rheem 250L hot water tank no longer working. Unit is about 12 yrs old so probably due for replacement. Open to you sourcing tank, or I can have tank delivered and you just do the change out old to new. Please make clear in your quote if it is with or without tank and if so the tank brand. Current tank has no tempering valve. Over flow goes outside to pipe coming out wall. Existing unit is in garage on a pallet which is on a concrete floor.

Had a new hot water cylinder installed last week, replacing an old one which didn't have the regulator. We have a very old house with very tiny pipes which means absolutely no water pressure for showers and it's a disaster. Need the regulator removed so its just cold water in and hot (75 degrees) water out to the house. Need complete asap.

No hot water since Monday night. Switch in Mains Box on, but has tripped a couple of times. Hot Water System not leaking so a plumber has decided it must be electrical. We have a Stiebel Eltron Electronic comfort hot water service. It can take up to five minutes to get hot, then if you turn it off, it immediately goes cold again and can take the same amount of time to heat up. Not sure if we need a plumber or an electrician to diagnose and fix the issue.
