The hot water stopped working. A plumber diagnosed the problem : There is power on both sides of the breaker in the powerbox but not at the HWS connection point. Nothing has tripped and there are no visible signs of damage to the cable around the hot water system.

Need electrician. We have a plumber installing a Powerbay 300L Gen II Heat Pump Hot Water System on Saturday at 8am. Allowing for 2 hours to do the job, then we need an electrician to connect. The hot water system being installed is just replacing an electric hot water tank that was there before in the same spot. We currently have no hot water. The first two photos are of our current tank, the second two images of the new heat pump tank being installed.

Plumber needed to install a Powerbay 300L Gen II Heat Pump Hot Water System that is being delivered to our home on Friday 9th. Need current old hot water tank to be disconnected and replaced with new heat pump hot water tank. We can dispose of the old tank. First two pictures are of our current tank and others are images of the new tank. We have no hot water so needing install done ASAP, prefer this weekend.
Great job done by Connor. Being that it is a heat pump hot water system we have been advised to make minor adjustments to level the tank on the pavers so the compressor bearings are level. Other than that minor detail, job well done. Will happily use again.
