Plumbing repairs to solar hot water on roof stop cap has burst off

Hot water issue. Water come hot when tap is on full hot side but when try to slow down the flow of hot water or try to mix it, it start coming cold. Issue is in whole house.

I have bosch boiler/hot water unit works randomly,it had same problem so we have fixed the mother board last year, but we found out that water was directly leaking from the roof, so now we have fixed it, so it rrwuires someone to have a look again thanks

Remove and install Chromagen Hot Water Flexihose 300mm Water Hose. It is ONLY removal and install of water hose and nothing to do with water tank.

I bought my house 3 years ago . My hot water system is always up and down with the temp . I can honestly say I don’t get boiling hot water in any of my tapped areas kitchen laundry etc . I have turned the system up to the highest and I’m the water is like warm most of the time but then randomly it will be boiling but only from the bath . There is a sink with a mixer tapwith me . Just want to connect with the hot water unit. And there is another tap right outside on the opposite side of the wall. And I want it to connect that tap with hot water.
