Not getting hot water from my electric hot water unit. Issue with thermostat and the ceramic circuit breaker. Both needs to be replaced.

Former tap for dishwasher to be capped and pushed under floor. No space to get under but there is some play allowing capped pipe to be gently pushed down so it does not stick out

There is a leak from the rainwater downpipe above the garage and the water flows through the garage side walls when it rains. The leak seems to be from the joint as shown in the pic. This needs to be fixed.

When we wash utensils in kitchen sink , the backyard hole gets blocked and the water comes out. It happens when we use for more time. When we use for less time, there is no issue. I need to get this blockage fixed.
