I got a brand new washing machine delivered from the good guys, they installed it but have done it super poorly. it is leaking from the pipes in the cupboard and on the floor. I need it to be connected properly so it doesn’t leak. i am happy to negotiate price, the good guys were supposed to cost $30 to connect it. so i’m just going based of that.

I have assessed the problem and can confirm a leak in the bath waste pipe (bath on 2nd floor). Repair will need to be done from the ground floor ceiling. I just need a plumber to fix the leak. I can arrange to have the ceiling repairs fixed with another person.

I've tried several ways to open these filters using the filter wrench, closed off valves, turned on taps, I must be missing something basic! All parts supplied to replace cartridges including wrench. Not sure if the housing is stuck and additional tools might be needed?? Any time of day is ok before 5.30pm
