Water running in main bathroom Proposed works: Item 1 Replace old failed cistern with new including new seat to replace existing discoloured seat This includes: - Disconnect and remove existing cistern and seat - Supply and install dual flush vitreous china low level cistern - WELS 4 Star Rating - 4.5L full flush & 3L half flush - Disposal of old cistern and seat - Supply and install new soft close toilet seat - Supply and install new water connection - Test cistern & tidy area Please note: Depending on how this cistern has been installed or painted around - a handy man may be required for touch ups. Item 2 Replace kitchen trap with new Supply and install new trap Tighten and secure all fittings water is leaking out of shower when in use Needs to be fixed

Shower head does not mix cool/hot water anymore (i.e. either cold or hot water despite both being turned on). And with either temperature, the water pressure is quite low. This is a new issue.
