We have a blocked sink in our en suite, I can unblock it but I have no clue how to remove the in built twist/pull up plug. If you can show me how to remove it, that’d be excellent! I have watched all of the YouTube videos and it doesn’t appear to be a simple twist off plug, nor does it have the part below the sink that can be removed to release the plug.
