Could you also tell me whether you have a trade that could do this Image The space - Room is about 6.55m x 4.06m - Ceiling is currently exposed floor joists with a timber slat floor above - Roughly 7-8 joists across the 4.2m width, so about 600mm centres (not yet confirmed) - 2 cross beams running the other way. I haven't checked whether they sit flush with the joists, so please advise on that - The main problems are noise from upstairs and dust falling through, so sound reduction is the priority Scope I'd like quoted 1. Seal gaps and penetrations around the perimeter and services with acoustic sealant 2. Supply and install acoustic insulation batts between the joists 3. Install a sound-isolating ceiling frame: furring channel on resilient (rubber-padded) clips so the board is decoupled from the joists 4. Supply and install 13mm plasterboard (sound-rated board if you recommend it), with a 5-10mm perimeter gap sealed with acoustic sealant 5. Looking for a crew of plaster sheeters

I tried to rehang two towel rails that had come loose. One was a success! But with the other one, I drilled a hole too big for the anchor. I don’t trust myself to fix this. Could someone please patch up the hole in the wall and hang the towel rail? Would appreciate if you could supply strong anchors (eg toggle style).

I’ve recently had a solar inverter removed and an EV charger installed, which has left a few holes in the dry wall that need patching and painting. Please see photo. The total area (needing painting) is 120cm.by 55cm. The largest hole is approx 23 cm x 8 cm.
