I'm looking for an experienced handyman to help complete the final finishing work on a newly plastered room. Scope of Work Apply filler to ceiling sheet joints/edges (Just filler and wet wiping only. Fill a small number of minor gaps and imperfections (the room is newly plastered, so only minimal touch-ups or nothing required). Paint the entire room, including the walls and ceiling. Install floor trims/skirting. Clean the room thoroughly and leave it neat, tidy, and ready for use. Materials I will supply the materials (Paint, filler ,etc) Please bring your own tools, painting equipment, and cleaning equipment required to complete the work. Please include your availability in your offer - Weekends are ideal.

I need a section of ceiling replaced.

Need someone handy to repair 3 holes in an internal plasterboard (gyprock) wall. Looking for a clean, solid patch job ready for painting. Hole sizes: • 1 x approx. 5cm (round) • 1 x approx. 30cm x 3cm • 1 x approx. 4cm (round) Scope: • Cut back damaged plasterboard and insert patch (gyprock offcut or repair mesh, depending on size) • Fill, set, and sand smooth so it’s flush with the wall • Ready for painting (paint not required, just patched and sanded) Own tools/materials preferred. Finishing off a renovation, needing a professional plasterer to review the sheeting and plastering done so far and fix up any mistakes before the painters arrive. Paying $500.00 minimum for 10 hours of work and $50.00 per/hour thereafter if required.

Water leak above has affected plaster board and window frame. Also small hole in ceiling the larger one has a vent on it. Note the need to reuse daddo rail on wall.

I have tried to patch a hole in the wall and not done the best job. It is plastered, just needs sanding down.

Need plasterboards installed on wood frame. Size is about 2.8m by 1.95m Plasterboards provided along with the nails and adhesive. Only need it to be installed neatly and cut for some existing plumbing and 1 electrical outlet. No need to mud or paint.

Need multiple holes and damaged sections in plasterboard warehouse walls patch repaired, sanded and repainted grey. 6 damaged areas from pallet/racking impact, including some moderate sized holes. Just remembered there was another hole in garage port that need patching and painting. two holes in 2 different locations. I’ve recently had a solar inverter removed and an EV charger installed, which has left a few holes in the dry wall that need patching and painting. Please see photo. The total area (needing painting) is 120cm.by 55cm. The largest hole is approx 23 cm x 8 cm. A couple of smaller holes also visible (see photo) Wall is standard plasterboard Looking for: Properly patch holes (including backing/support for larger hole if needed — don’t want it just filled with compound) Sand and feather for a smooth finish Prime and paint to match existing white wall. I have a few small cracks in my wall. Just want to get it fixed and painted over to match the paint as best as possible. Preferably someone who can do both.

Bathroom will be relined - FC walls and Gyprock ceiling … 3.6 x 1.8 … only need a base coat on the walls for waterproofing and the ceiling properly set It has to be on that date because the sheeting is getting done directly before and the tiler starts on the first … possibly able to get in later on the 30th to start

Small section of interior wall needs repairing. I attempted a patch but it needs sanding back and smoothing properly. About palm size. Looking for someone experienced with plaster / wall repairs to: • Sand back the current patch • Apply smooth skim coat • Leave ready for paint Small area, easy job for someone who knows what they’re doing.
