To repair water damaged plaster ceiling

We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there. Replace and repair ceiling plaster after water damage in three places

Few varied jobs needed. Mostly looking for plasterer who does clean work and can leave paintable surfaces for me that are free of awful visible plaster lines. 1) Re-plastering of a roof, roof is currently spackled with some cracks. Open to suggestion for best way to manage a nice looking new roof (even if it needs to be a "false roof" on top of what's already there) 2) Adding new ceiling cornices after taking down old ones. 3) Filling in a kitchen/dinning "pass through" window visible in picture 4) Creating a new door + filling in the old door space to a bedroom. Please note that it's a double brick home, will likely have brick half way up the inside of the wall where the new door will need appropriate tools. Open to quotes for specific jobs in the list or to handle the whole lot. Qualified and able to demonstrate some previous work that you have completed please. Will not be considered otherwise
