We are moving out from our apartment and while living here we affixed shelves to the walls. These holes need to be filled. Some of the walls were marked up with permanent marker, they must be painted. and we have one outlet cover that needs replacing. I've included some photos - the wall with the standing lamps, that is an example ion the blu tac that needs to come down, but no painting there. the bolt I took a c lose up shot of - there are perhaps 5 or 6 bolts that are securing book cases to the walls, after they are moved out the holes need to be filled and sanded to match. the walls are an eggshell flat white. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 16 November 2022

Hi, I need someone to re gyprock the ceiling and walls caused by water damage from the floods. There are 2 ceiling spots and 3 wall areas that needs to be re-patched up. Then I need 2 ceiling roses mounted, one is in living room and one is in stair case void. IMPORTANT need TWO people to do this, as the ceiling is 6m above ground. The new aircon filter is a different shape to the old one and has created a gap which needs to be patched. As well, the new panel is a different shape and would like the wall filled. We also recently got a new ceiling plastered however the perimeter of the ceiling to the wall isn’t straight, would like someone to make it smoother/straight. No painting required.

I have removed sections of the plaster walls and installed bulk insulation in our bedroom. Most of the walls have been blocked and plaster sheet reinstalled. The large end wall will need new plaster sheet installed before all walls require tape, set and sand ready for painting. The dimensions of the removed sections are: - 960x1200mm - 2050x1200mm - 920x1200mm - 920x1200mm - 2010x470mm - 960x1200mm - 5400x2400mm <-requires new plaster sheet installed. See photo. The job will require at least 2 visits to complete the plastering then sanding ready for painting. You will need to supply all materials including plaster sheet for the large wall plus tape, plaster and required tools etc. I can help lift the sheets in if required but all other work to be completed by yourself. I have a small dividing wall and mantle that needs plasterboard installed and jointed between our kitchen and dining area. There are two upright sections measuring approximately 2400mm high x 400mm wide and there is a horizontal section measuring approximately 300mm high and 6400mm wide. All of these need plasterboard installed on both sides as well as the inside face. There is one other adjoining wall measuring approximately 2400mm high x 800mm wide that needs plasterboard installed on a single side. All these surfaces will also require 90mm cornicing installed between vertical surface and ceiling.

Need drywall / plasterboard to be installed in a storage room in my home. Dimensions are 3.10m (L) x 0.54m (H). The old plasterboard has already been removed, so would only require the installation of the new plasterboard and I am unsure if painting would actually be required (as its a storage room).

Ceiling plaster board (30 x 140 cm) was replaced and the joint with the current ceiling plaster board needs to be plastered (approx 140cm in length) and the new plaster board needs to be prepared for painting. I can provide the materials (Plaster, mesh ribbon for the joint).
