The areas are about 2.55m by 7m, and 2m by 4m, about 26sqm in total. You will buy 2.7m gyprock boards for the large area, and 2.4m boards for the smaller area that have to be cut to size as required. About every other board needs holes cut for downlights. The room is ground level and the gyprock sheets can be worked on in the garage right next to the room, with space to work.
