Wall surface around the fitting has torn, so it likely needs patching / suitable wall anchor / secure refit. Looking for someone experienced with small plaster wall repairs and bathroom fittings. Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprocker to complete some finishing work in our recently renovated kitchen. Scope of work includes: 1. Install cornice along the top of the kitchen bulkhead (above wall cabinets). Approx 6.8 meters total length. 2. Patch two ceiling holes from a removed light and exhaust fan. 3. Set and sand joins so the ceiling is ready for primer and paint. Details: • Kitchen renovation recently completed. • Bulkhead above cabinets is MDF and runs along two walls. • Bulkhead will be primed/sealed before work begins • Ceiling has already had some patching done but needs finishing. • Cornice profile should match the existing cornice in the house. Plasterer wanted to finish wall and ceiling patching - previous person went MIA (I was paying each day and they didn't come back for final finishing coat!) Would prefer someone who is very experienced with plastering as have more work in the pipeline including some wall joints. Need a plasterer to repair and ideally paint two areas in the house so looks as good as new. Bedroom: cornice patching and a few holes in wall from where an internal air con unit was removed. Cornice hole is approx 10x10cm. Round holes are bit less than 5cm. Lounge room ceiling: 3 patches need plaster smoothing to cover screws and cuts from ceiling fan install. I can supply the matching wall paint (and primer). I don’t have the rest like plaster, cornice, ceiling white or other tools/accessories. I have 6 holes in plaster from screw plugs used to hold artwork up. I need them patched, repaired and painted white again. I also have a towel rail that I accidentally ripped out that needs to be reinstalled.

I need someone to remove this TV wall bracket from the wall — the screws are threaded so it may need to be carefully drilled out or removed with the right tools. Once the bracket is off, I need the holes and any wall damage patched and prepped ready for painting (I have a tin of paint already for the wall so I can provide paint)
