Job 1 – Plaster Repair * Repair a small gouge in the plasterboard caused by a door handle. * Patch, sand, prime and paint so the repair blends seamlessly with the existing wall. Job 2 – Wainscoting / Picture Frame Moulding * Supply and install picture-frame moulding in my hallway. * Hallway wall lengths are approximately: * Left wall: 4.89 m * Right wall: 2.3 m * Install with clean mitre joints, perfectly level alignment, and a neat finish. * Fill, caulk, prime and paint the moulding so it blends with the existing walls. Please bring all required tools and materials. Let me know whether you can colour-match the existing paint or if I need to provide the paint code from the builder. During heavy rain a few days ago, part of the plaster ceiling in my alfresco area came loose and dropped (see photo).
