I want to move two air diffuser vents in my bedrooms as they are in the centre of the room where I want to mount ceiling fans. I need someone to plaster the holes so I can have the ceilings repainted and fans installed afterwards and vents moved to the side of the rooms. The two holes will be approximately 30cm each I can arrange to go up in the roof and remove the vents before you arrive. Looking for someone that will do a high quality job and ensure that the ceilings are perfectly flat and the plaster will not crack when the fans are mounted and used later. I will install a wood noggin to support the fans. Not an expert on plastering so just a FYI to make sure there are no issues later by movement of the fans after they’ve been replastered. Will also require a painter but will be listing this separately. Will most likely be a days work for painting. If you do both jobs then this may be a bonus. I need a fully qualified plasterer to come and do some patching up. I’ve had two split system air con units removed. And several lights removed. These areas need patching up. Also have a couple of very small jobs that will need doing to repair cracks in cornice. If you can help please let me know. I’ve been quoted for the jobs already so my offer is pretty reasonable.
