It is a new build and we still have the wall paint available and just need someone to patch it up before the 1/2/2025 as it is a rental property and we have an inspection coming up so it is an urgent job. Need to plaster a small hole on the wall

I just knocked down a wall in my house to make more room and now require someone to fill the ceiling and 2 walls with gyprock and sand back so it’s ready for paint. Will also require a small section of cornice to be added on both sides. 2 X walls require 2400mm x 90mm gyprock Ceiling requires 3500mm x 90mm gyprock

Trades person with ABN can issue a tax invoice: Find leaks in roof space, fix, clean or replace ceiling plaster water damage, then paint.

I have done some renovations to my stairwell. I have re sheeted the affected areas but need the joins and edges plastered and sanded, ready for me to paint and about 1m of cornice repaired. Total area is probably less than 10m2. See photos attached. Thanks

I need to repair 1x damaged plaster ceiling due to a roof leak. The surrounding damaged plaster area will need to be cut out, replaced, sanded and painted (patch will not work here). Note, the leak has been repaired.
