30cm x 30cm hole in hallway wall - only about 50cm above floor level, no ladder required. Plastering and sanding only, I'll complete the painting afterwards. Flexible on days and times as I WFH, however Saturdays are blocked out for kids' sport. Must have good reviews and ideally some photos of plastering work please as I have been duped by a local 'handyman' for plastering previously. Thanks! :)

I need someone to fix a hole in a bedroom wall, plus a few small holes in a ceiling due to replacing the ceiling fan. I also need someone to fix our banister railing on our front porch plus paint match and paint. You will need to purchase the materials for the banister to fix.

The job is for fixing Gyprock holes, paint rips and scuffs for and end of lease bond clean. Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. Looking for someone to do outdoor floor cement plaster on site that already has pebbles and stones used. Feel free to quote hourly rate. Treat mould with mould killer where accessable inside roof cavity. Remove damaged ceiling sheet. (aprox. 5.5m2) Install new sheet of gyprock. Apply stop stain to water marks on other part ceiling around repair. Undercoat plaster repair and apply 2 coats of Dulux ceiling white to match existing ceiling. Having the correct license is mandatory.
