We have 3 key areas that are needing repairs done. We have had previous water damage in one of our upstairs offices - see images attached this damage is along the window both upstairs and downstairs. additionally we have a hole in the roof of one of our offices that also needs repairing.

Water damage to roof. Has been repaired so need to redo plaster. Around 1m. Unsure of price just putting anything budget for now please give me your quotes

Bathroom towel rail has pulled out of the plasterboard wall, damaging the plaster around the mounting points (see photo). Looking for someone to: • Repair the damaged plasterboard/plaster around the fixing points • Reinstall the existing towel rail securely • Use suitable anchors/fixings so it does not pull out again • Patch and finish the damaged area neatly • Touch up/paint the repaired area if required Existing towel rail is undamaged and can be reused. Need a handyman/painter for a quick end-of-lease touch-up. Two small areas only: • One patch in the bedroom • One near the doorway Plus a small amount of touch-up painting over both once patched. Hi! I’m looking for someone experienced in installing large mirrors on drywall. The mirror is 1.98 m x 96 cm, with a thin metal frame (approximately 1.3–1.5 mm thick). I’d like someone who knows what they’re doing and can make sure the mirror is secure, stable and safely installed, without causing unnecessary damage to the wall or creating a risk of the mirror falling.
