Looking for an experienced handyman / someone who can check / give advise if there is problems with gutter and help with permanent fix problem and finally plastering the ceiling. I am getting my kitchen/laundry renovated. The demolition guy will remove the kitchen and laundry. But before base/wall cabinets can be installed plaster needs to be repaired. Kitchen: - Tiles splash will be removed, need plaster repair - Opening to dining will be widen by removing the sliding door. Once this is done, need plaster. Laundry: - Small splashback area - Tape will be moved down under the benchtop - When tiles come off and taps moved will need to repair the plaster Living: - We have an old fire place and wooden panel o the wall. When they come off, we need to repair the plaster.

Need to fix plaster board wall and fit towel railing.
