Hi there! (The budget is just for the ad, actual budget will be discussed later) :) My wife and I are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced cat sitter for our two beautiful ragdolls, Chloe and Lola. We’ll be away for approximately a month in November, and our top priority is finding someone who can build a strong, trusting bond with them before we leave. We’re planning a gradual introduction process, as our cats are very affectionate and playful, and we want them to feel completely comfortable and safe. The plan would look something like this: - Start with fortnightly visits at our home (with us present) - Progress to weekly visits - Then short solo sessions with the sitter (a few hours or a day) - Eventually leading up to full-time care during our time away in November 💡 Important: All visits, including meet-and-greets and introduction sessions, will be fully paid, so there’s no need to worry about unpaid trial time. Also, just to put you at ease — my wife and I are very chill and easygoing people. We’re not fussy at all and want this to feel comfortable for you as well. You’re more than welcome to relax in our home, be yourself, and even become a friendly face to us — we want this to be a positive and stress-free experience for everyone involved 😊 ### What we’re looking for: - Someone with proven experience caring for cats (ragdoll experience is a bonus!) - A genuine love for animals — we want someone who will treat Chloe and Lola like their own - Willingness to play, engage, and bond with our cats (they love attention!) - Responsible with feeding, general care, and keeping them comfortable Before hiring, my wife and I would like to meet you in person, just to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone — especially Chloe and Lola. Lottie is 4 years old and experienced some back pain recently. She is acting like her normal happy self now, but we need a dog sitter who will be careful to not allow her to jump off furniture, or run up/ down stairs. We need a pet sitter, at your house, from 2pm today until 10pm. - She won't need to be taken on a walk - She is not on any medication - She has separation anxiety and can't be left alone - She will need to be carried up and down stairs, and lifted onto and off the couch/bed - You will need to watch her to make sure she doesn't jump up or down - No other pets and no children please Lottie is a lovely, cuddly girl who needs a lap to sleep on while you watch TV this Saturday night (tonight). She is fairly easy to care for if you are looking forward to a quiet night at home. Her normal pet sitter is not available. We live in Five Dock and are happy to bring her to you.
