Gutters and facias around the house to be painted in Dark Sky Colourbond plus a few windows

We have an older style house with original timber floors that have never been sanded and we would like them sanded and coated. Approx. area is 115 sqm.

Need a quote for a plasterer to come in and finish a previously started job. 4 x windows have had two coats of plaster already applied. They need a finishing coat and sand, ready to be primed. We will be using a Dulux textured paint, so slight imperfections are fine. Depending on quote I have two areas of ceiling as well that have had nothing applied. Pictures attached, but feel free to ask questions. I have fiberglass and mesh tape I’m happy to supply as well as an almost full 20kg bag of knauf base coat. Thanks! Location: Woodend

The front and 2 half sides are weatherboard and need sanding and 2 coats of paint, we supply the paint. You will need a tall extension ladder to reach the top of the facade. The window frames and front door will need to be painted, we provide the paint. The second side has 1 window. The guttering is not to be painted. Looking for a talented artist to commission a custom painting of a dog on a terra cotta pot in time for Christmas. Please see photos attached for inspiration and style I am after. Will send photos of the pet I want painted once task is accepted. Pot does not need to be painted - I am happy for the pet to be painted straight onto the terra cotta pot.
