The painter is required to complete the following • inspect and fix both ceiling surfaces for cracks, stains, or flaking paint. • Fill, patch, and sand imperfections where needed. • Clean surfaces to remove dust and contaminants. • Apply: • 1 coat of sealer/undercoat, suitable for two ceiling substrates (plasterboard, gyprock, etc.). • 2 coats of low-sheen or flat ceiling paint (e.g., Dulux Ceiling White, Taubmans, or equivalent). • Ensure even finish with no roller marks or patchiness. • All paint to be low-VOC and suitable for interior use. Inspect and prepare door frames including door (timber ) • Lightly sand to remove rough edges, chips, or loose paint. • Clean surface and remove grease or old paint residue. • 1 coat of primer/undercoat for appropriate substrate (oil-based or water-based as needed). • 2 coats of semi-gloss or gloss enamel for durability and easy cleaning (e.g., Dulux Aquanamel or equivalent). • Paint evenly with clean lines and smooth brushwork.

Hi there! I'm looking for a reliable handyman who can help with a few small repairs at my home in preparation for sale. Tasks include: Patching and repainting a damaged section of ceiling (minor water damage/cracking – see photo) Fixing some wear and tear in the front yard area (including repairing/patching a small outdoor wall section and refreshing some paint) The jobs are not major but need to be done neatly. The paint and the plaster is coming off while trying to remove a double sided duct, the duct is 800mm long running vertically from the ground above. Duct needs to be removed and the wall patched and painted. - Due date: Flexible
