Looking for some help with painting and other touch-ups ahead of putting the house on the market. The idea is to improve the look of the property, but no need to spend too much effort making it durable or long-lasting. My preference is that you provide the necessary equipment & paint and charge me for paint, rollers and time spent. Happy to agree on either a fixed price or an hourly rate (subject to a cap). Can start anytime from Mon 15-Jan, to completed by Thu 18-Jan EOD. House will be unoccupied. Specifically requesting help with the following: 1. Painting of 2 bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms & a laundry All rooms are fairly small (bathrooms & laundry are approx. 2m x 2m each, toilet rooms are approx. 1m x 1m each). The rooms are half-tiled, so minimal wall surfaces. A fair amount of patching will be required. Color is currently dark grey, looking to get it painted light grey to match the rest of the house, so at least two coats would likely be required. 2. Touch-up / painting of kitchen cupboards Cupboards were historically dark grey, were painted white two years but with a matte paint so a little bit marked up. Probably best to cover with a semi-gloss paint of the same white color. Happy to take your judgment about whether they need to be painted on all sides or if we can just do fronts. 3. Some exterior wall painting On the front of the house, there is a minor bit of discoloration of the wall under the steps near the floor. Hoping to touch this up without having to paint the entire external wall of the house. 4. Potential fixing of kitchen cupboard doors for corner-doors One of these corner doors (i.e. two pieces of wood with a corner hinge) are quite heavy so it’s been falling off the hinges. Looking for assistance to get it more secured (installing a Kaboodle Corner Door Roller Catch might be enough). I have several small jobs that need to be done by a painter in my home, as listen below. — I have a small timber framed window (1230×1000mm) in the kitchen which needs to be smoothed out with some filler, and then needs to be repainted. — Opposite the kitchen window there is a wall where the trim and skirting also needs some filler and then needs to be repainted. — I installed a new mantle piece on the fireplace, the gap in the plaster around it needs to be filled and repainted — In the laundry, the bench requires some silicone to fill in the gap between the wall. — Also in the laundry, the south wall has some paint that is flaking off, which needs to be restored. We have some wall plaster/paint repairs required on our bedroom wall due to water damage (area approximately 1.0m wide by 0.3m high) from an adjoining bathroom, as well as a scrape in the same wall (approximately 15cm wide). High-res photos can be provided for greater visibility of the damage. If required, the total dimensions of the wall the damage is on is 3.4m wide x 2.5m high. We already have colour-matched paint available for use in the repairs. The cornices in the adjoining bathroom are also starting to separate from the ceiling, if this could be rectified. The property is located in Nollamara.

Need to repaint small areas in a rental. Some may need to be bogged/filled in. Have the paint already, but no other tools.
